It’s so weird that this training program begins with a rest day, but deciding to actually start training again was part of this i suppose. Tuesday is my guild’s main raid day, so i was rushing home after my 1st part time job. But i ran for over twenty minutes before i got online (the training plan only called for fifteen). Per usual i ran Couch to 5k Week 1, but not the entire podcast. I ran four run intervals, paced myself well, could have run longer each time but was starting to want to stop, focused on breathing. It was wet and cool, had been snowing on my way home but cleared off for some beautiful cloudy skies and a huge rainbow. It was lovely.
